Start with a 30-minute discovery call
Tell us about your game, your art style and your deadline. We follow up with an NDA and a list of questions the same week.
Revisions, pricing and delivery questions
Not covered here? A 20-minute call usually answers the rest.
How do revisions work?
Two revision rounds are included per milestone. Feedback is easiest to act on at early milestones like blockout and sculpt, so we encourage detailed notes there. Extra rounds or scope changes are quoted before work continues.
How do you price projects?
Per asset for defined scopes, or per team-month for dedicated teams. Every quote is written and itemized before production starts.
What do you need from us to start?
References or concept art, your art bible if you have one, technical specs (engine, poly and texture budgets, naming), target platforms and deadlines.
How are files delivered?
Through Perforce, Git, or a shared drive, organized to your conventions. Source files are included where agreed.
Can you sign our vendor agreement?
We always work under your NDA, and we are happy to review your vendor agreement or master service agreement as part of onboarding.
